Workshop Vol.2 with Erwin Parengkuan
In a world crowded with opinions, distractions, and constant noise, communication requires more than simply speaking up. It calls for clarity, self-awareness, and the ability to deliver a message with purpose. Through this sharing and networking session, participants were invited to reflect on how meaningful communication begins with self-control.
Centered around the theme When the World Mumbles, You Speak, the session explored the importance of staying grounded amid confusion and choosing words that bring value rather than adding to the noise. Participants were encouraged to avoid two common extremes: withdrawing into silence or speaking without direction in ways that create more misunderstanding.
More than a discussion about communication skills, this session became a space for deeper reflection on how to respond thoughtfully, speak with intention, and remain impactful in an increasingly noisy world. It also created opportunities for participants to connect, exchange perspectives, and grow together through meaningful conversation.
