Effective Communication Protocol Skills Training untuk Bank JATENG

TALKINC has just finished holding Effective Communication Protocol Skills training at the end of December 2016 for staff from the Central Java Regional Development Bank with a focus on improving participants' abilities as protocol masters of ceremony (MC) with the right personal brand and understanding how to appear (total look) according to the theme of the event being presented.
This training was carried out for 3 consecutive days and was facilitated by Mbak Lala Tangkudung as the TALKINC facilitator who is very experienced in the field of MC.The training modules delivered include Personal Branding, Professional Total Look, MC Protocol Technique and Body Language.

Modul pertama mengenai personal branding diberikan agar peserta mampu dan memahami bagaimana mengembangkan citra diri yang dimiliki sesuai dengan nilai, keahlian dan perilaku. Kemudian sebagai pendukung pengembangan citra diri, materi Professional Total Look disampaikan pada hari kedua dengan tujuan agar peserta memahami cara berpakaian yang baik dan benar sehingga penampilannya sesuai dengan tema dan acara yang dibawakan. Materi berikutnya mengenai teknik MC protokoler dimana peserta memahami apa saja peran dan tanggung jawab seorang MC dan juga bagaimana cara membuat script yang benar. Lebih lanjut lagi, teknik verbal juga dilatih meliputi intonasi, jeda, penekanan, volume dan juga power dengan tujuan agar suara dan pesan yang disampaikan jelas terdengar.

On the last day, December 24 2016, the module given was about body language and roleplay.This training is provided so that participants can maximize the role of body language starting from how to stand properly, foot position, professional body posture, how to hold the script correctly and also things that should not be done while serving as MC.Then participants are given the opportunity to come forward to do roleplay as formal, protocol and informal MCs.After that, the facilitator provides evaluation and input so that participants know what the strengths and weaknesses of the performance are.
