Effective Communication Skills Training for CIMB Niaga

TALKINC sekolah komunikasi Public SpeakingAndMC-TV Presenter kembali mengadakan pelatihan in house training pada tanggal 27 April 2017 dengan tema Effective Communication SkillsTraining for the Board of Directors at Graha CIMB Niaga.Training starts at 10 am, the number of participants is 6 people.The training began with a warm greeting from Becky Tumewu, as facilitator.First session,Personal Branding, it went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic in asking questions and discussing with the facilitator. In this session, participants wrote three key words that could describe themselves.

The second session isUnderstanding People, dimana peserta mengisi Form Tes Kepribadian dan kemudian mengetahui jenis kepribadian mereka, apakah mereka Introvert atau Extrovert? Apakah mereka termasuk dari kepribadian Kuat, Gesit, Rinci atau Damai?, lalu di lanjutkan dengan diskusi antar peserta dan pendapat mereka tentang rekan kerja mereka. Pada saat memasuki sesi “Professional Positioning”, peserta juga diminta untuk mengisi form, yang kemudian di analisa oleh Becky Tumewu.

The third session isEffective Communication, participants are asked to read articles without punctuation, in this section, participants will learn about articulation and intonation when speaking, adjusting sentences to the tone of speaking and also how important it is to pause when speaking so as not to rush.
