Excellent public speaking and professional look & grooming

Talkinc has just finished holding Excellent Public Speaking and Professional Look Grooming training in mid-October 2016. This training was carried out to improve skills in public speaking and also to understand good appearance according to professional mix and match.This training activity was facilitated by Erwin Parengkuan and Poetri Soehendro, which was divided into 2 modules, namely Boosting confidence and Professional look and Grooming.

Pada hari pertama yang diselenggarakan tanggal 17 Oktober 2016 membahas materi Boosting Confidence yang dibawakan oleh Poetri Soehendro berjalan dengan sangat interaktif. 22 peserta menjalani sesi pelatihan dikemas dalam bentuk yang menyenangkan serta didukung dengan roleplay. Pada sesi pertama Poetri Soehendro memulai sesi dengan bertanya kepada peserta secara satu persatu apa saja yang membuat mereka menjadi tidak percaya diri. Hal ini dilakukan fasilitator untuk mengetahui kekurangan yang mereka miliki sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar perbaikan. Materi didukung dengan penjelasan mengenai 4 pilar kekuatan yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat peserta menjadi percaya diri.

Pada sesi kedua yang difasilitasi oleh Erwin Parengkuan membahas tentang Professional Look and Grooming fokus pada perbaikan penampilan para peserta sesuai dengan situasi secara tepat, agar para peserta dapat berpenampilan mewakili perusahaan dalam bertemu dengan klien atau para stekeholders lainnya.
The first day of training went very successfully and smoothly.The material provided by Poetri Soehendro and Erwin Parengkuan really helped the participants how to recognize other people and themselves.With the Boosting Confidence material, participants will know how to develop themselves and a good personality.By having a self-image, participants will know what their strengths and challenges are.

Then with Professional Look and Grooming, participants will understand and understand how to look professional and supported by real examples of what should be toned down or toned up.Participants are given the opportunity to appear one by one to present their costumes, and by being given feedback, participants will know what the advantages and disadvantages of the appearance used are.
The entire training was closed by presenting the conclusion of the entire training series by the facilitator and joint documentation.
