Impactful Presentation Skills Training with Sinarmas Land

Pada hari Selasa, tanggal 18 Juli 2017, TALKINC mengadakan Impactful Presentation SkillsTraining with colleagues from Sinarmas Land, at the beginning of the session, Erwin Parengkuan was always the facilitator, greeted the participants and then asked the participants to introduce themselves by stating their name, position and challenges in communicating. Many participants said that most of them were introverts and did not know how to build relationships with the audience or other people.

The material in the first session was "Boosting Confidence", the facilitator explained about Self - Esteem, Self - Concept, Self - Image and Social Image, then the facilitator explained how to build Self - Esteem, you have to make a "Feel Good Folder", collect letters, e-mails and gifts that give encouragement and create a tagline about yourself.

In the Impactful Presentation Skills session, the facilitator asked participants to break into groups of 5 people, then present again about the video that had been shown previously.Articulation is very important in the process of conveying a message.The facilitator explained about SuReP, Summary, Recap and Punchline, these three things are important in delivering a presentation, so that the message can be conveyed well.
