As a Communication Practitioner, Presenter, Personal Branding Specialist, Erwin Parengkuan's name is no stranger, he has 28 years of experience which has led him to many achievements today.

Today is the launch of the 6th book for Erwin, father of 4 sons and daughters who have grown up.Erwin also took the Pertamina-ONWJ and WMO Team to victory at the National and International Levels for Best Presentation in Korea and Bangkok recently, and brought the Telkomsel Customer Service team to General Champion in 2016.He has achieved many achievements regarding helping many students or participants to communicate successfully.

One of the things he gained in his career, which began in 1989 as a radio announcer, on the creative team at Radio Prambors, was observing the many individuals he met.The knowledge possessed regarding understanding the personality of the person you are talking to comes from the Ancient Roman philosopher Socrates who explained 4 types of human personality starting from Sanguine, Choleric, Pragmatic and Melancholy.Unfortunately, the four terms mentioned are not familiar to Indonesian society.Which then made Erwin create new terms, namely agile, strong, peaceful and detailed to make it easier for people to understand.

Buku yang ditulis ini merupakan hasil observasinya selama ini, bahwa dari 4 kepribadian yang berbeda ini, mempunyai gaya komunikasi yang mirip-mirip. Untuk itu, merupakan panggilan hati yang mendorong Erwin untuk melahirkan buku ini. Erwin melibatkan team Psikologi untuk membuat Assessment tentang mengenal kepribadian kita dan menentukan gaya komunikasi kepada lawan bicara, berikut perangkat test dan melakukan Focus Group Discussion terhadap banyak responden secara kulitatif.

-Bab 1: Personality in Communication, mulai dari Rumus Kepribadian, pengaruh Kepribadian dalam Proses Komunikasi, Membangun Gaya Komunikasi yang Positif.
-Bab 2: Menakar Indikator Kepribadian dalam Komunikasi, mengetahui Kepribadian “sunny side dan shodow side”, Test Kepribadian, Analisis Kepribadian, Kombinasi Tipe Kepribadian, Indikator Kepribadian dalam Karir dan Pekerjaan.
-Chapter 3: Personality Dimensions and Your Own Communication Style.
-Chapter 4: Improving Communication Skills Based on Personality, Changing Negative Characters into Positive Behavior
-Chapter 5: Predicting the Personality of the Opponent, Personality Quiz
-Chapter 6: Communication Techniques with Various Personalities, increasing the Effectiveness of Written Communication.
