Smart people are not smart people

Important factors that make someone successful in life
We know that IQ is not the main factor that makes people successful in life. The proof is that friends who used to be smart and had high grades at school as adults were no more successful than those whose grades were mediocre at school.
Emotional quotient is a person's intelligence in processing “feelings”and effectively apply emotional sharpness and a high level of collaboration.
There is also SQ (spiritual quotient), how humans depend on other powers that are higher than themselves, namely: Allah, the creator.
Of course my answer is EQ, because there is the ability to process “taste”where someone is required to understand who he is.In the theory used in our school, TALKINC is based on the book Understandinc People which I wrote and has now become a National Best Seller.
Looking at the other meaning in EQ, it says high collaboration, in my opinion this is a determining factor that is no less important.Humans are essentially social creatures who must be able to adapt to their environment. He is not solitary but is flexible towards the environment around him, especially things related to the success he wants to achieve. This includes what branding you want to display and the ability to adapt effectively and communicate appropriately.
Well, it seems like the answer is that smart people = success, smart people are only for grades at school.
Entering the digital world today, there are new challenges in how we are required to be different from other people, so that we stand out, apart from values, skills and behavior factors, there are also other supporting factors, namely: total look, authenticity (whether someone is sincere or KW) and uniqueness (Personal Brand-inc Book 2015).And all of that certainly won't work if it's just a plan.It must be realized in order to be Seen! The answer in my opinion is: to be successful we have to create new habits starting now!Come on.
