BNI Outbound Program for Jakarta City Region February – March 2019

TALKINC is again collaborating with Bank Negara Indonesia in a human resource development program and this time together with the Jakarta City (WJK) regional office, they are packaging training with a combination of indoor and outbound learning approaches.Outbound Programattended by a total of 200 employees from several branch offices at WJK divided into 2 batches which were held on 23-24 February (batch 1) and 2-3 March 2019 (batch 2) at Novotel Resort Bogor.

“Strategic Sales, Motivation and Collaboration”

facilitated by several TALKINC facilitators including Erwin Parengkuan, Shahnaz Haque, Lala Tangkudung, Bona Sardo and Elizabeth Santosa.The session began with Ice Breaking in the combined class followed by separate classes with each discussing sales techniques and profiling skills to determine the right communication strategy.The first day's session continued with a discussion of professional ethics including a table manner simulation and closed with a motivation session on the first day.

Hari kedua diisi dengan program outbound mencakup berbagai aktifitas luar ruangan seperti team building dan berbagai rangkaian games yang melatih kerjasama tim, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, strategi dan penyelesaian masalah (problem solving). Program outbound dinilai efektif dalam proses belajar karena memiliki pendekatan yang sangat beragam dalam lingkup experiential learning sehingga semangat dan keikutsertaan para peserta dalam proses belajar menjadi terjaga mulai dari awal hingga tahap akhir.

The entire outbound program ended with a message of motivation and inspiration from the BNI WJK leaders who were present as well as the joint commitment of all participants as one team to continue to move towards change and collaborative cooperation in achieving common targets.
