Outbound Training sangat efektif meningkatkan kerekatan team kerja organisasi
We have been active since last yeardivisi outbound trainingfor corporate organizations that want to make the working atmosphere between team members more solid, understand each personality so that the working atmosphere becomes more conducive and improves the company's performance internally and externally.
For us, as a training services company that has been active for 16 years in helping many organizations from various fields to become proficient in speaking and increase self-confidence, etc., we always carry out many new modules, including the outbound division.Last month we got the confidence to do itoutbound training1 day to UNDP in Indonesia.As we know, this UN organization contains many cultures from within and outside the country so that the diversity of cultures and personalities is very dynamic.
Taking place in Cirebon, the first side started with me giving a session on the importance of understanding the 4 types of human personality described by Hippocrates in Ancient Roman times, the description consists of sanguine, choleric, melancholy, phlegmatic which is stated in the book I wrote entitled "understanding people-tactical strategies in communicating with various personalities." The book I wrote 3 years ago became a National Best Seller in just less than 3 months.In this book, which is the result of my observations in the field for 18 years, I conclude that human personality is closely related to the way they communicate.I then changed the terms to Strong, Agile, Detailed and Peaceful, to make it easier for the Indonesian people to understand the true meaning.My conclusion is that our failure in communicating is because we have a tendency to speak based on what we want to convey without considering the personality of the person we are talking to.
Sesi dimulai yang terdiri dari hampir 100 orang, ini merupakan 1 kantor UNDP Representative Indonesia yang terbagi atas 2 divisi, Project dan Support. Mereka kami minta untuk mengisi form post test identifikasi kepribadian. Ada 26 soal multiple choice yang harus diisi terlebih dahulu. Kemudian setelah terbagi atas 4 kategori besar, masing-masing kelompok ini saya minta untuk maju dan kelompok lain diminat untuk memberikan komentar tentang mereka, begitu seterusnya.. Kelas menjadi meriah karena masing-masing peserta mulai paham bahwa ada tendesi komunikasi dengan cara kepribadian seseorang. Misalnya pribadi yang “damai/phlegmatic “ akan berbicara dari hati, tenang, cenderung monoton dan penampilan yang bersahaja. Dst. Sesi berjalan semakin meriah dengan banyak insight yang mencerminkan 4 tipe tersebut. Termasuk group discussion dari masing-masing kelompok, presentasi dari tugas yang diberikan dikelas hingga cara “menaklukkan” mereka. Sesi berlangsung selama hampir 3 jam.
Selanjutnya peserta di bagi lagi menjadi 10 kelompok untuk melakukan sesi outdoor dan outbound dengan 5 tahapan permainan yang meminta untuk kerjasama team dan kekompakkan dalam 1 organisasi. Sesi ini menjadi lebih meriah karena terlihat kompetisi dari masing-masing kelompok untuk menjadikan team mereka sebagai pemenang dari 5 games yang kami berikan berikut atribut yang harus dikenakan.
Menyaksikan banyak leader dari berbagai negara dan suku di indonesia memberikan warna tersendiri dalam dinamika outbound kali ini, sangat jelas terlihat keinginan yang besar dari masing-masing peserta untuk berbicara atas nama organisasi, dengan kekompakan yang ada, karena dalam sesi outbound di games yang terakhir 10 kelompok ini melebur menjadi satu untuk menyalakan obor dan membentangkan logo UNDP di tiang yang sudah kami siapkan , melalui rintangan yang tentunya sudah kami siapkan.
Learning again, re-freshing, getting out of routine activities, being in a distant and different place is one of the outbound goals that we often do.Success in organizing this event is largely determined by the openness of each company to convey in advance the purpose of the event, mapping the leadership style of each division to be aligned with indoor and outdoor training sessions.
