Ministry of Law and Human Rights Effective Communication and Public Speaking Training
The TALKinc School of Public Speaking and MC/TV Presenter is back to support the development of soft-skills among the Indonesian government on 19 &20 October 2015. This program is in the form of in-house training in collaboration with the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Law &HR Bureau of Civil Service, where the training theme was "Improving effective communication", was held in Jakarta.
Pelatihan 2 hari ini dihadiri 30 peserta berasal dari level eselon 3 & 4 dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam presentasi dan berkomunikasi lebih efektif dengan pihak internal lingkungan Setjen kementerian hukum & HAM dan juga pihak eksternal. Pelatihan juga difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Public Speaking dan presentasi.
This training was held for 2 days and was delivered by 3 TALKINC facilitators, namely Erwin Parengkuan, Becky Tumewu and Poetri Soehendro, very well-known facilitators who are familiar in the field of communication and Public Speaking training.The first day was delivered by Poetri Soehendro with material on how to increase self-confidence when speaking in front of many people.Mba Poetri presented various Public Speaking methods and techniques to improve the participants' abilities.
Kemudian sesi kedua dilanjutkan materi tentang bagaimana mengenali karakter komunikasi yang berbeda-beda dan saat berkomunikasi dengan lawan bicara yang berasal dari later belakang yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan dari sesi ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada peserta bahwa komunikasi yang menyesuaikan dengan karakter prbadi seseorang akan melahirkan komunikasi efektif.
Furthermore, the second day of training was delivered by Erwin Parengkuan where material was presented on how to present good &effective in the first session.After that, Becky Tumewu continued in the second session, the facilitator gave a role play to each participant and then given an assessment based on several components including self-confidence, body language, presentation flow, voice and appearance aspects.
