In the book that we wrote 5 years ago, published by Gramedia Pustaka Utama with the title Personal Brand-inc, there are 2 components: Main and Additional, these components are related to one another.There are things that must be absolutely possessed, such as attitudes, skills and firm values that enable a person to continue to progress and grow, and there are things that can be created and this is very human, because in essence there is not a single human being in this world who wants to look ugly in the eyes of the public.
A personal brand or people brand is the main means for someone to present their image in the increasingly uncertain media wilderness, the media and media crews face a world that is disruptive, competitive, must be fast, increasingly high market competition means that the quality of writing and comprehensive investigations decreases, ultimately news presentations become biased between what is really happening and what is deliberately created by individuals who are competing to stand out on the surface.
Seeing this phenomenon, the word imaging has become the main seasoning nowadays, imaging?Is that okay?Yes, that's the freedom of every individual.Imaging can be done without too much spice, it must still maintain its authenticity.It's like seeing a magnificent cake with very beautiful decorations but it turns out it's just a dummy that can't be eaten, and can't be enjoyed in its entirety, it's just a display, it doesn't have any contents.That's the right analogy in my opinion.Let's create accountable branding.Quality is absolute, non-negotiable so that we don't make the wrong branding and it will have a more damaging viral impact.That's all, let's eat real cake, not dummy cake.
