Personal Branding Seminar Rally for AXA Services Indonesia

TALKINC has just finished holding a series of Personal Branding seminars for AXA Services Indonesia in early October 2016 as part of its support for the success of AXA's employee branding program.This sharing activity, which was facilitated by the two founders of TALKINC Erwin Parengkuan and Becky Tumewu, was divided into 3 series of seminars discussing Personal Branding, Professional Total Look and Grooming, and Social Media Communication.

The first seminar held on October 5 discussing Personal Branding material facilitated by Becky Tumewu was very interactive with the number of participants reaching 80 people.The 2 hour session was packaged in a fun format with various games, making it easier for participants to understand the power of personal branding in supporting participants' careers with AXA Services Indonesia.

The second series was held exactly one day later, namely on October 6, discussing Professional Total Look and Grooming material facilitated by Erwin Parengkuan.As a continuation of the Personal Branding material presented previously, the Professional Total Look and grooming material focuses on improving the appearance of the participants from head to toe in accordance with AXA's direction with the aim of ensuring that participants can appropriately represent the company when meeting with stakeholders.

The Seminar Rally ended with the third series on October 13 discussing Social Media Communication which was again facilitated by Erwin Parengkuan.As a very popular medium and has become part of everyday life in today's modern era, social media is a very effective tool used to display one's self-image.Therefore, the material in this session is focused on how to maximize the appropriate use of social media in social interactions, especially describing your personal branding.Tips and tricks regarding what you should and shouldn't do when communicating on social media were also part of the discussion at this last seminar.The entire program closed with the presentation of the conclusion of the entire series of rally seminars by the facilitator and joint documentation.
