TALKINC Surabaya brings memories

My family comes from Manado, my mother asked my father to leave Manado to start a new life in the city of Jakarta.My father was a successful Copra businessman, who finally agreed to my mother's request to move to Jakarta in 1976.

Sebelum pindah ke Jakarta, Ayah menitipkan kami di Surabaya selama 1,5 tahun sebelum bisnisnya di Jakarta establish. Kenapa Surabaya? Karena transportasi menggunakan kapal laut dari Sulawesi Utara berlabuh di Surabaya sebelum ke Jakarta. Pehitungan ayah bila ia gagal, kami tinggal kembali ke Manado.

Masa kecil yang menyenangkan saya habiskan di Surabaya tepatnya dijalan Kedung Dalam. Saya sendiri tidak ingat persisnya dimana karena waktu itu (1974) umur saya masih 4 tahun. Yang saya ingat adalah saya berbicara bahasa Jawa Timur-an dengan logat medok. Saya juga gemar makan makanan Surabaya, seperti tahu petis, tahu campur dan makanan khas lainnya.

My childhood is not directly related to my current business where TALKINC plans to open its first branch in Surabaya, but returning to Surabaya certainly brings special memories for me.Surabaya is the second largest city after Jakarta.During its existence as a communication school, TALKINC has produced many talents in the field of Public Speaking, MC and TV presenter.

Many TALKINC clients are from Surabaya, so opening a branch in Surabaya makes us closer to them.We also want to make a meaningful contribution to the people of Surabaya in improving their communication skills.TALKINC Surabaya branch office will be established at Graha Bumi Putera Jl.Raya Darmo 7th floor and started operating in early April 2016.
