The Covid-19 pandemic has changed our world, including learning methods in this world.We have not yet finished "reading" about the disruption that is happening in all lines of business and life, where we are all required to be able to make changes very quickly, abandon old ways that are no longer in line with technology and the demands of change itself, suddenly this outbreak adds many new problems which then force us to make changes even more quickly.One has not yet been completed, and this pandemic came so suddenly, without warning and many of us were not ready.

From the many experiences I have seen, business people and society in general are still patterned on conventional methods, resulting in many old "ways" that cannot survive and die.Because the Creator has given us a tremendous gift, namely reason and thought, let us immediately create it, adapt, be resilient and keep looking for new innovations that can make us survive in work and life.

From my observations, one thing that will not disappear as long as this world exists is interaction between humans and humans, whatever form of platform is used, we still have to interact.That there will be a change in communication style to be even more efficient, of course!Since last year, we at Talkinc have been preparing an online learning system, which is a trend that will continue to increase, of course with this pandemic, forcing everyone to use new learning systems and new ways of communicating in accordance with existing demands.

What needs to be done is for us as individuals to remain focused in carrying out online communication interactions, because from our experience of implementing this method in class and for companies, participants must be able to focus and minimize distractions coming from home.We are lucky to have internet access, imagine tens of millions of people, maybe hundreds of millions of people in the world who don't have internet access, how can they stay at home and learn from digital platforms?

For those of you who have this facility, you can maximize learning by determining for yourself the best method to continue learning, determine the right time, determine tools that can help you, redecorate the place for studying at home, including choosing a comfortable chair, avoid distractions, get to know yourself, throw away things that are ineffective and unimportant.And finally, observe your learning patterns, so you can find the best way to continue learning and maximize your time to increase your potential.
