TALKINC IS AGE IN ITS COURSE

Eh, not old yet…Only a dozen…
For people at this age, they say they are in their puberty and are flirtatious.
TALKINC is the same, it's really cool.Today there are facilitators who have to provide training materials in Bogor, the next day there are those who go to Bandung, then there are also those who go to Surabaya…Eh, the following week someone crossed the island... to Bali, Kalimantan, Irian Jaya…Eh, what are you doing, the TALKINC office is in Jakarta?Of course.Activities in Jakarta are still ongoing, but training entrusted to Talkinc in the regions is also ongoing intensively. The clients are everywhere. It's okay to be a little arrogant with facts.Facts that no longer need to be verified 😀 (please take a peek at the documentary evidence on the Instagram account @talkincorps).

TALKINC is aging, even though it's only a dozen.
For humans, being able to live until old age is destiny.Healthy people do not necessarily live long, young people do not necessarily make it to old age.But for an institution, in order to grow old and live a long life, it only needs to be healthy.Physical and mental health of the people in it, healthy leadership style of the founder, healthy organizational communication culture, healthy financial management, healthy programs, healthy relationships with the 'stake holders', healthy physical work environment.

If health is the key, the question is how to be healthy.Of course it takes effort.Efforts that require sweat, sometimes mixed with blood and tears (in the vertical dimension, prayer is also the main element that must not be abandoned).Ahaa…It sounds a bit hyperbolic, yes, but for people who have entered the business world (whatever type of business), you will know very well that this sentence is really close to the truth. At a gathering with the big TALKINC family, Erwin Parengkuan and Becky Tumewu, as the founders of this educational institution, talked about how they met in raising Talkinc.

"Win, it seems like you should just go back to the world of entertainment. It's not suitable for you to take care of this (the world of education)…"That was the sentence of a TALKINC client, who was dissatisfied with what Talkinc provided in the in-house training program long ago.

"At that time, I felt like I wanted to stop teaching. I wanted to dissolve TALKINC. Crazy! Makjleb very that talk," said Erwin.

Becky also experienced obstacles that were no less exciting.
"Aaahh… until I started crying, huh…," he recalled.

Yes, it's all memories.Memories of the ups and downs of how TALKINC was developed.

No effort betrays the results. So, surviving eleven years, can you really be considered successful?Yes, successfully overcoming obstacles and jumping over obstacles in the previous year. But successfully arriving at the destination, of course not…Why?Because the goal is always changing, increasing and growing.Dream higher and wider.

TALKINC will still continue to age…Aging in the field of educational services for developing communication skills. In the future, it will not only be "ganjen" who is charming everywhere, but will also be the "culprit" of why individuals in the world of entertainment can appear very confident, their communication style will be increasingly honed; Why do the resources in many companies have better quality presentations, more reliable public speaking skills, more skilled writing skills; Why are there many 'leaders' who are more focused and capable in communicating?

Come on, let's wait for TALKINC to age.
The older the taro, the older it gets, the worse it gets.
Happy Anniversary 11th
