Testimonial of "Rifqi" MC TV presenter regular class student

TALKINCmc tv presenter schoolAndpublic speakingis the answer to my postponed dreams and opened my eyes about what kind of future I want to choose.Starting from a small child who was just 'talkative' and liked appearing in public, I liked it when everyone focused on me.When I was determined to choose the communications route as the college major I was interested in, I had to stop because of my mother's request, who doubted what I had chosen and recommended accounting as an option.Of course, as a child, I just want to be filial and follow what he says.

In the course of time I accidentally had to becomeMCat my sister's 17th birthday suddenly. All feelings mixed from fear, excitement and joy into one. After the event went smoothly even though I knew there were many shortcomings due to no preparation and no experience at all. Many people praised me and felt that I was very soulful and enjoyed my time as an MC.After the event finished, I felt like I was 'craving' to perform again and 1 year later I received an offer to be the MC at my cousin's birthday which of course I agreed to.After completing S1 accounting as requested.I feel that accounting is not the life I want, if life is to seek happiness and pleasure, I think MC is the goal I want.Started my search for the right MC school or course and TALKINC was the place.

After registering at TALKINC, I didn't immediately take the MC class because I felt that my self-confidence was lacking and decided to take the class "Boosting Confidence”I had doubts about whether this was the right choice, but I was sure of my dream. After the first meeting and meeting Sis Bona, I became more confident in my abilities and became more enthusiastic about making it happen. There was a lot of positive feedback that life is a choice and I won't know whether I can do it or not if I don't try, Mas Bona said you have the capital to make my dreams come true but it's all in my hands whether I want to use that capital and try to make it happen or not, it's all in my hands and once again 'life is a choice'.

After finishing with“Boosting Confidence”I choose to continue to “Speaking Impressively”to have a foundation in communicating effectively and efficiently and the class that caught my attention was “Project Your Voice”because to overcome my 'shrill' voice and there are many exercises that look funny and a bit odd which actually have the function of producing a good voice and these methods can be done anywhere and at any time.

After finishing with“speaking impressively”became more and more confident about taking my goal class and finally the classMC and TV Presenterfinal goal.I really enjoy every class because I learn about classes that I like.My favorite class is "When Things Gone Bad & Building the Atmosphere”because not all events can run smoothly according to what we want. What made me even more excited was that when I entered the class there was Mr. Robby Purba who was a bit surprised and 'speechless' because he is an MC role model who I admire both in terms of ethics and also the quality of his MC.I was really happy to meet him in person, lots of input from Brother Robby, from how to smile well to how to move on from a bad past to be able to perform optimally with a positive aura. And that positive aura comes from a kind and sincere smile. There were many corrections regarding the smile that I often displayed during class, but all of this was a very good lesson for me so that whatever happens in my life, I must be professional with the work that I do and must appear with a sincere smile without any burden.

All of this made me realize that things cannot always go smoothly according to our wishes and 'when things go bad' we have to move on and try to get back on the right track. All the lessons I learned at TALKINC made me a better person and taught me a lot to be an MC with good manners and good ethics too.Thank you TALKINC!
