The impactful engagement through business

Bad PR. Iya, belakangan kata-kata ini menjadi alasan salah satu merk lokal menjadi viral. Namun kalau diperhatikan, bukan kali ini saja sebuah perusahaan mengambil Langkah yang kurang tepat dalam berkomunikasi entah itu untuk internal atau pesan tersebut untuk dikonsumsi orang banyak. Padahal mungkin maksud dan tujuan perusahaan adalah untuk menjaga kredibilitas suatu perusahaan, tapi sayangnya itu menjadi boomerang.


In this era of social media, the term buyer is king must be revised because in my opinion, apart from serving buyers optimally, we must also be able to build relationships with them.So I replaced it with Buyers are Good Friends.Serve them sincerely, be honest if there are obstacles in our business processes.Competition in all business industries is increasingly fierce, all offering affordable prices and trusted products or services.However, according to the author there is one key word in business, how do you as a seller communicate with buyers.

Some time ago, I bought earphones in an online shop and was quite surprised when I opened the packaging there was a piece of paper with a sound like this:


Dear Brother, thank you for shopping at my shop. I hope the items you buy will last.Oh yes, I really hope that you can give 5 stars if the items you ordered are as ordered.Warm greetings, beloved sister.


Wow, sebuah cara dalam mencari pelanggan setia bisa dilakukan dalam hal yang sederhana.

I also remember, several years ago eating at a 5 star hotel with a "fine dining" concept.

When I asked the waiter to sprinkle pepper on my piece of meat, it turned out that what was sprinkled was salt and that really spoiled the taste of my food.I called the waiter again and he apologized and replaced it with a new one.After a few minutes, the Restaurant Manager came back to apologize and give a discount for his team's mistake while asking if there was anything missing in terms of service and food?If there is a mistake, admit it and apologize sincerely.Buyers will definitely be happy to forgive and forget the seller's mistakes, especially when accompanied by a price discount.


Reflecting on that experience, input or suggestions are very valuable for a business.Because as a seller, you must have a buyer's point of view and not defend your point of view and then make it seem like a suggestion will be a bad image for a business.A business can stand and survive because customers always come and have an emotional bond with excellent service.Do you have a good way of communicating in business?Have you served your customers like "one of your best friends"?
