Important Training for Millennials "Let's Open the Way"

This is an important lesson on how someone can "grow" by always having a "self-evaluation" that is carried out from time to time.
Adapun materi lainnya yang diperlukan adalah mempertajam personal brandingthem to be appropriate to the place where they work which is linked to the company's core values.Example: A person who is indifferent will not be in accordance with a company culture that cares about its customers. This is where the function of training is carried out to make them aware of the importance of self-knowledge and consistently building it.We discussed this in our book Personal Brand-inc, a tactical career survival strategy that we created in 2014.
Some of our modules in class also increase self-confidence, and speaking accurately and structured in choosing appropriate words. As we know, millennials have a tendency to speak in short words, such as ok, ok ok...when answering questions or in written language.
We sharpen their verbal fluency by reminding them that there is a purpose for communication and the choice of words must be conveyed well, so that communication meets the 3T aspects: Directed, Complete and Does not raise question marks.
The challenge for some Millennials who don't talk very much is that it is difficult to build relationships with the audience, so the ability is also needed to arouse enthusiasm in having conversations with the audience without being busy with gadgets and learning how to respect the person you are talking to, especially with the Baby Boomers generation. My advice is: throw away the assumption that the Boomers generation is an old school generation that is difficult to talk to.Instead, they have to "Mapping" who they are, and "Profiling" so that there is synergy, let's start communicating with respect, throw away negative doctrines and start building horizontal relationships, that talking to seniors, especially baby boomers, will enrich their knowledge and gain the firm values they hold so that the millennial generation will become a digital generation that has a sense of empathy that they got from boomers, that's where they will stand out, when their friends are still indifferent, but they aren't!
